Energy designed around production needs

In industrial production, energy stability is key. Every stage, from mixing and molding to curing and finishing, relies on constant power to maintain efficiency and product quality.
The ground-mounted solar system implemented at Star Stone’s site provides a consistent, predictable source of electricity that supports automation and continuous output.

The installation was designed to integrate seamlessly with the company’s existing infrastructure, turning available land into a productive resource that powers operations. As a result, Star Stone gains greater independence from grid fluctuations, improved control over operational costs, and a stronger foundation for long-term energy planning.

Building sustainability from the ground up

The decision to invest in solar energy reflects a broader vision for efficiency and responsibility in industrial manufacturing. The system supplies clean, consistent electricity to power the entire production chain, reducing dependency on the grid and stabilizing energy costs over time.

By aligning its operations with ISO 14001 environmental standards, the company translates sustainability into measurable business performance.

Every megawatt generated supports a cleaner process, a more efficient operation, and a more resilient future for industrial production.

We powered a Star – on solid ground

The PV installation combines Jinko solar modules with Wiren’s engineering expertise to deliver tangible, long-term results. Producing over 970 MWh of clean electricity each year, the system offsets around 299 tonnes of CO₂ throughout its lifetime – a real shift from energy dependence to energy control.

Beyond energy generation, the project stands as an example of how tailored engineering and industrial understanding can work together. The system was designed specifically for Star Stone’s production rhythm, built to handle high, consistent demand while maintaining the stability required for large-scale manufacturing.

Wiren’s involvement brought more than technical precision. It connected energy performance with business performance, ensuring the system’s output aligns with operational needs, efficiency goals, and future expansion.
