Romania saw a slight drop in prices of 4% last week, bringing our average price to €117,64/MWh – but we still managed to stay close to the regional averages. Our neighbors in Bulgaria had a price just €0,20 higher than ours, while Hungary and Greece recorded prices slightly above ours: €1,2/MWh and €2,6/MWh higher.

Romania saw its average price rise to €122,95/MWh, a 7,8% increase from the previous week. As we wrapped up the year, the market had some energy to finish strong. The maximum price shot up to €341,92/MWh, marking a 70,8% increase compared to the previous week.
